We choose the latter. The Constitution of the Italian Republic founded by anti-fascist resistance remains, more than 60 years after its enactment, the main guarantee of the covenant of civil society to a society which bases its foundation on the principle of equality between citizens more effective antibody against the risk of new authoritarian tendencies.
